My passion for pottery was ignited during my gap year when I worked for a company with a pottery studio in its basement, so I spent all my lunch breaks in there and loved it!
I did not enter a studio again until about 20 years later, when a friend invited me to take some lessons with her. When she moved house and relocated her studio to my shed, I was able to spend much more time learning, experimenting, and developing my own style.
I attend courses regularly and draw inspiration from the work of talented professionals in the craft.
